Electrical Safety Training
Equip your team to recognize electrical hazards, reduce shock and arc-flash risk, and meet OSHA requirements using NFPA 70E best practices—delivered onsite across the U.S. or live online.
Electrical Safety Training Trusted by:

Minimize Downtime. Maximize Safety.
Secure your operations and protect your workers with our industry leading training.
Our expert-led courses help you turn standards into safe work habits—enabling you prevent incidents, avoid fines, and keeping operations running.
How We Help Cut Risk
Real-World Application
We go beyond the textbook by teaching a “best-practices” approach to the electrical safety standards. Your team will learn how to apply electrical safety rules and regulations to their daily work, not just memorize them.
Customized for Your Team
Our courses can be tailored to your specific needs, even incorporating your company’s own Electrical Safety Program and policies. This ensures the training is directly relevant and actionable for your workforce.
Expert Instructors
Our seasoned instructors draw on extensive LV/HV and utility (1910.269) experience to deliver practical, field-tested guidance that your teams can apply immediately to enhance safety, efficiency, and compliance.
Plan. De-energize. Verify.
Our training helps crews learn risk assessment, energized-work justification (only when necessary), and the step-by-step process to establish and verify an electrically safe work condition (ESWC).
To fit your team’s needs, our electrical safety training is offered on-site across the U.S. or virtually through our online training program.

Invest in Training That Pays For Itself
Reducing incident probability protects people and helps avoid costly downtime and penalties—value that compounds across maintenance, production, and insurance.
“After attending the LV/HV training I feel that I have gained some very valuable information and insight into different ways to present this material to my coworkers. Gus, our trainer, was professional and entertaining with a level of expertise that really showed throughout the course. I would highly recommend this course to anyone who is looking to improve their knowledge and training methodology.”

Electrical Safety Training by Voltage & Role
We offer electrical safety training for every environment, whether your team works with low voltage equipment, high voltage systems, or utility operations.
-
Low Voltage Qualified (NFPA 70E) — For utilization systems. Practical hazard recognition, boundaries, PPE selection, and creating/verifying an ESWC. Available onsite or live web.
-
High Voltage Qualified (above 600 V) — Procedures for switching, isolation, temporary grounding, and HV PPE with real-world instruction.
-
Utilities: OSHA 1910.269 / NESC — Purpose-built for line/substation/generation crews; covers utility arc-flash hazards and best practices.
-
Train-the-Trainer (NFPA 70E / OSHA / NESC) — Prepare your internal trainers to deliver compliant, high-quality instruction.

Have Questions?
How often should employees be trained?
NFPA 70E calls for additional training/retraining at intervals not to exceed three years, and when duties/equipment change or performance gaps appear.
Who decides someone is “qualified”?
Per OSHA, the employer is the qualifying authority. Training records plus observed, documented demonstration of skills are required before designating a worker as qualified.
Do you provide CE credits?
Yes—e-Hazard provides CEU/PDH pathways (including IEEE certificates accepted by state engineering boards).
What’s included with tuition?
Delivery options and add-ons (e.g., hands-on skills assessments, program guidance) vary by course—ask us to tailor a package for your team.
